SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Domestic U.S. Shipping

We ship retail and wholesale orders within the United States using standard carriers such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and shipping method.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

  • Typical delivery times:

    • California: 2–5 business days

    • Other U.S. states: 3–7 business days

Actual delivery times depend on carrier performance and location.

4. Local Southern California Delivery

For customers in Southern California, we offer local delivery by the founder. This includes:

  • Irvine

  • Lake Forest

  • Mission Viejo

  • Laguna Hills

  • Aliso Viejo

  • Newport Beach

  • Costa Mesa

Local delivery times and fees (if any) will be shown at checkout or arranged by email after your order is placed.

5. International Sourcing (For Context Only)

Our hojicha powder is sourced directly from Japan and shipped to the U.S. via DHL. This international shipping applies only to our inbound supply chain and does not affect your order delivery method.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier link.

  • An estimated delivery date based on carrier information.

You can track your order at any time using the provided link.

7. Delays and Issues Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Carrier delays, missed deliveries, or lost packages after handoff

  • Customs or import processing (for our inbound shipments)

  • Weather events, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
