• Hojicha Powder – Dark Roast: 100% roasted green tea

• Hojicha Powder – Organic Dark Roast: 100% organic roasted green tea (JAS Organic certified)

No additives, flavorings, or preservatives are used.

3. Allergen Statement

Our hojicha powder:

• Contains no known major allergens

• Is free from gluten, dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, eggs, shellfish, and fish

The product is manufactured in a facility that processes tea only.

Our Japanese producer operates under:

• ISO 9001 (Quality Management)

• ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management)

• HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)

• JAS Organic certification for the organic SKU

5. Caffeine Content

Hojicha is naturally lower in caffeine than most green teas due to the roasting process.

• Approximate caffeine content: 7–8 mg per 8 oz serving

• For comparison, an 8 oz cup of coffee typically contains about 95 mg of caffeine

Actual caffeine levels may vary slightly by batch and brewing method.
